As discussed in our kick-off meeting, as of January you will select three (out of eight) Elective Modules for your self-paced learning on our virtual platform (more details on these can be found here).

To allow you to deepen your understanding of these modules and share experiences and best practices with other leaders, please register for one or more of the following Virtual Camps (2-hour virtual workshops):

• Virtual Camp: Goal Setting / High-Performing Teams

• Virtual Camp: Delegation / Learning & Development

• Virtual Camp: Communication in Transformation / New Work

• Virtual Camp: Feedback / Conflict Resolution

Guidance on Virtual Camp Selection:

You are free to register for as many Elective Module Virtual Camps as you would like. Each Virtual Camp focuses on two of the Elective Modules. You do not have to work on both Modules to register for a Virtual Camp.

In case you decide to register for one camp only, please choose the camp that focuses on the topic that is currently most relevant for you and your business.
